➢WHEREAS, In connection with the acquisition of properties
ter the widening of Marion Street from Fuller Ave. to University
Ave., numerous buildings in that area will have to be razed,
basements filled and incidental expenses incurred in order to

;RESOLVED, That authorization is hereby given to enter into
such'Ycvntradts, as are necessary pursuant to law with wrecking
companies to raze such buildings,. and to fill basements and
incur other miscellaneous expenses such work to be-done by
City Forces at an approximate cost of $4,500.00 which cost. is
to be paid out of the P.I.R. Fund Code'3001, L- 6007 -1 said fund
to be reimbursed from the Municipal State Aid Fund Project No.
62- 160 -01, and be it,
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all cash receipts from the razing
of any structures within the above described project,.be credited
to the P. I. R. Fund Code 3001, L- 6007 -j.
