dangerous structure at 172 Indiana Court, more particularly
described as Lot 11, Block 15, Marshall's Addition to'West St.

WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record owner of
the property is Anna Geller, 198 State Street, St. Paul 7 and
State of Minnesota: Attorney General, 102 State Capitol, St. Paul 1;
Jos. M. Robertson, Tax Commissioner, Centennial Building, St. Paul
1; Eltor A. Dehn, Land Commissioner's Office, St. Paul 2; and
Land Commissioner, 113 City Hall, St. Paul 2; and copies of pro-
ceedings herein having been sent to Jack Geller, 344 Wabasha
Street, St. Paul 2; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that_the City Council of the City of St. Paul
hold a ublic hearing in the Council Chamber at ten o'clock A.M.
(D.S.T.� on, the 29th day of July 1960
to consider any complaints about the expense incurred by the
City of St. Paul and to confirm the amount thereof; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Architect notify by mail
the record owner of the property in question at the last known
address, as well as other interested persons of record.

In this matter the following resolutions were adopted by the
City Council:
C.F. 194732, adopted by the Council November 19, 1959 (published
November 21, 1959), set a public hearing at 10 A. M. December 15,
1959.
C.F. 195105, adopted by the Council December 22, 1959 (published
December 26, 1959), ordered the wrecking by and at the separate
cost and expense of the owner, occupant, or other person in con-
trol thereof.
C.F. 195429, ado ted by the Council January 19,
January 23, 1960T, directed the Commissioner of

C.F. 196321, adopted by the Council March 18, 1960 (published
March 26, 1960), approved the award of the contract for wreck-
ing to Truck Crane Service Co. for the sum of $749.00 in ac-
cordance with specifications and Informal Bid No. 12751
C.F. 197917, adopted by the Council July 7, 1960 (published
July 9, 1960), provided that the wrecking expense ofj$749.00
and expense of the Department of Parks And recreation and Pub-
lic Buildings in connection with the condemnation in the amount
of $72.78, making a total of $821.78, be paid out of Wrecking
Condemned Buildings, 31 G 22, and, in the event said sum
proves collectible from the owner, same is to be credited to
31 G 22. 1
The building has now been satisfactorily wrecked and a register-
ed bill mailed to the owners.
We are requesting that you hold a public hearing with tfen
days' notice to consider any complaints about the expenIses in-
curred and to confirm the amount. The Council resolution confirm-
ing the expense should end with a directive to the City,Clerk to
file a statement of expense for the purpose of securing a lien
on the property.
