Dear Council Members:

We are referring to you for condemnation action, the two story
frame single family dwelling and garage at 653 Bedford Street,
described as Except West 65 feet, South 1/8 of Lot 15, Irvine•l -s
Addition to the Town of St. Paul. I
The dwelling is approximately 46 by 18% by 24 feet,'only six
feet from the alley line. Interior has been damaged, by a fire
several years ,ago and never repaired. There is no plumbing.
Siding has not been painted for years, and has been'patched
with various materials. The garage is 40 by 30 feet, and con-
structed of frame, block and tile. These buildings are dilapi-
dated, beyond repair, and should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Michael Damico, of this same ad-
dress. The occupant is Nick DePalma. Danger Notices have been
posted. A
We will appreciate it if you will set a hearing date,in the mat
ter of condemnation in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the
St. Paul Legislative Code. i
