Raymond and Joyce Bland, property owners, appeared. Ms. Moermond expiained that owner-occupancy means that you physically are occupying the house. She stated that it appeared that there were family members living in both houses. She asked whether one of the owners lived in one house and the other owner in the other house. Mr. Bland stated this was correct. Ms. Moermond stated that since this was the case, she recommend granting the appeal. 2. Follow up on the appeal of Dianne Rentmeester for registration into the Certificate of Occupancy �ogram for property at 526 Thomas Avenue. Ms. Moermond stated that the property owner lives at the property part of the year and lives in Alaska approximately nine months out of the year. She would consider this to be owner occupied. Ms. Moermond recommended granting the appeal. 3. Follow up on the appeal of George Slade Schuster for registration into the Certificate of Occupancy Program for property at 1867 Englewood Avenue. No appeared; Ms. Moermond recommended denying the appeal. The hearing adjourned 2:00 p.m.
