1 WHEREA5, on July 2, 2008, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #08-719, said
2 Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for boarding-up of vacant building during January and
3 February, 2�08. (File No. J0801 B, Assessment No. 8497); and

5 WHEREAS, the properry at 996 Woodbridge Street, being described as:

7 Auerbach & Hand's Addition to the City of St. Paul Lot 11 Blk 41;

9 with the property identification number 25-29-23-14-0059 was assessed an amount of $389.97 for boazd-
1 Q up; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Heazing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount o£ the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and

18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $389.97, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Councii File #08-719 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
