easterly to the east line of Lot 11s Cushingts Addition$ under
Preliminary Order 192729 approved June 11, 1959, and Final Order
195234 approved January 5, 1966, and in the matter of constructing
a public sewer in Winona Street from Robert Street to center of
cul-de -sac approximately 520 ft. east of Robert Street under
Preliminary Order 195978 approved February 23, 1960 and Final Order
197332 approved May 31,1960.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for
the above improvementsy be and the same are hereby approvedp'and the
Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby directed'to db- the-:'::
finish grading., graveling and oiling by City Forces at an'estimated
cost of $I401.00s and the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the
necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to obtain bids for the improvements., the bids to show separately
the amount for the grading work(except the work to be done by City Forces)
and the amount for sewer work as per plans and specifications and the
total thereof to be considered as bids for the entire improvements and
