DATE' CO NCIL 9 "'7.8 FILE WHEREAS, The City Council, as provided by law, has authorized the Department of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the premises known as 612 -620 Central Park Place, also described as Southeasterly 5 feet of Lot 17 and all,of Lots 18 through 22, Block 6 of Re. of Blocks. 6 and 7, Central Park Addi- tion, and to tear down and remove the buildings thereon as being unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property, and t WHEREAS, Pursuant to such Council action, bids for the tearing down and removal of said buildings were duly advertised for in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter, and the lowest bid was in the sum of $4,400:00 and the expenses of the Department of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings in connec- tion with the condemnation proceedings and writing specifications amounted to $92.12,making a total of $4,492.12, and WHEREAS, There are no funds now appropriated in the Building Wrecking Emergency Fund for the wrecking and removal of said buildings,, be it RESOLVED, That said sum be paid out of the Wrecking Condemned Buildings Account of the General Fund 31 G 22, and that in the event said sum proves to be collectible from thelowner of the premises, same is to be credited to the General Fund Item 31 G 22.
