Los's � COMMISSIONE DATE WHEREAS, The City Council, as provided by law, has authorized the Department of Parks And Recreation And Public, Buildings to enter upon the premises known as 21 Piedmont Street, described as Lots 26 and 27, Block 7, Burlington Heights Di -v. No. 2, and to tear down and remove the'one story frame dwelling thereon as being unsafe and dangerous to life,' limb and adjoining proper- ty, and WHEREAS, Pursuant to such Council action, bids for the tearing down and removal of said dwelling were duly advertised for in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter, and the lowest bid was in the sum of $477.00 and the expenses of the Department of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings in connec- tion with the condemnation proceedings and writing specifications amounted to $52.49, making a total of $529.49, and WHEREAS_, There are Wrecking Emergency buildings, be it no funds now appropriated in the Building Fund for the wrecking and removal of said RESOLVED, That said sum Bu_.dings Account of the event said sum proves to premises, same is to be 31 G 22.
