RESOLVED, that Toni Company be permitted to install and
operate an employee parking lot for 120 cars on the east side of
John Street between Fourth and Fifth Streets, on those portions of
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 48; Lots 1, 2 , 3 and 4, Block 49; Lots
19 29 3 and 4, Block 50, Kittson's Addition, together with portions
of the vacated alleys in said Blocks 489 49 and 50, and those por-
tions of vacated Locust and Willius Streets lying between lines
parallel with and distant 58 feet and114-feet southeasterly measured
at right angles from southeasterly line of John Street and a line
parallel with and distant 690 feet northeasterly measured at right
angles from northeasterly line of John Street, in accordance with
plans approved June 2, 1960, and subject to compliance with the pro-
visions of all ordinances governing the operation of parking lots
and to the further condition that sidewalks abutting said premises
be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.
