NCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
COUNCIL NO. } 9 & 'i'
RESOLVED, That the Mayor, City Clerk and City
Comptroller of the City of Saint Paul, or their authorized
representatives, are hereby authorized to execute on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul a notice to be served on the lessees
of that City -owned tract of land bounded by Wabasha, Twelfth,
Cedar and Columbus Avenue in the City of Saint Paul which is
presently leased by the City to Victor L. Fink, William W.
Fink and Alan K. Ruvelson, doing business as V. & W. Parking
Stations and Associates; the tenor and intent of such notice,
which shall be prepared by the Corporation Counsel, shall be
to require the lessees to vacate and surrender up possession
of such property as of the last day of July, 1960, to the
City of Saint Paul or its assign, possession of same being
required by the City at the end of July in connection with
its transfer of certain properties to the State of Minnesota.
