RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the installation of
Van Packer Model "HT" prefabricated Sectional Smoke Stack at Como Park Lake
Pavilion, 1300 West Como Blvd, St. Paul, Minnesota, to FRANK A. GANGL
CONSTRUCTION COINC1n accordance with City plan and specifications therefor
bermto attached and the Formal Bid #8023 of said Frank A. Gangl Construction Co.,
Inc. for the contract price of $3000.00, such bid being the lowest meeting
City specifications and said Frank A. Gangl Construction Co., Inc. being a
reasonable and reliable bidder,• and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul.
