WHEREAS, the final costs for the Paving of the
NORTHERN ROUTE from Minnehaha Avenue to Grotto
Street and Paving MINNEH,AHA. AVENUE from Dale
Street to the Northern Route, Comptrollert s
Contract L- 5929 -15, have been determined, -and
WHEREAS, upon final allocation of funds from which
the above Improvement was to be paid, it was found
that the amount originally set up for it t s financ-
ing, is insufficient to meet the final costs and
that an additional amount of $5.9349.84 will be re-
quired, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the amount of $5049.84 be applied
from the Municipal State Aid Suspense Fund to
finance the additional cost of the above Improve-
ment.
