WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERSS AT THEIR MEETING
HELD JUNE 27TH, APPROVED THE PETITION OF THE RAMSEY COUNTY WELFARE
BOARD FOR THE LAYING OF A MAIN IN FROST AVE. TO CONNECT THE TERMINI
OF PRESENT WATER MAINS IN WHITE BEAR AVE. AND FLANDRAU ST., WHICH
IS OUTSIDE THE CITY, THE COST TO BE BORNE BY THE COUNTY WELFARE'
DEPARTMENT, AND
WHEREAS, THE BOARD HAS APPROVED SUCH PETITION SUBJECT TO
THE CONCURRENCE OF THE COUNCIL, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, THAT THE COUNCIL DOES HEREBY CONCUR IN THE ACTION
OF THE BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED
PETITION.

Whereas, The Board of Water Com-
missioners, at their meeting held June
27th, approved the petition of the Ram-
sey County Welfare, Board for the
laying of a main in Frost Ave. to con-
nect the termini of present water mains
in White Bear Ave, and Flandrau St.,
which is outside the City, the cost to
be borne by the County Welfare De-
partment, and
Whereas, The Board has approved
such petition subject to the concur-
rence of the Council, now, therefore,
be it
Resolved, That the Council does
hereby concur in • the action of the
Board of Water Commissioners on the
above mentioned petition.
