C. F. No. 198194, passed on July 26, 1960 amended the location on License No. 9502,
expiring December 24,1960, issuedto the World War 11 Post No. 6845, Veterans of
Foreign Wars, permitting them to conduct Bingo Games, from 44.6 Wabasha Street
(Second Floor) to 1058 University Avenue (Second Floor) and
The W orld War IT Post No. 6845, Veterans of Foreign Wars have further made
application for the change of day and hours they are permitted to conduct such
Bames, and
The World War II Post No. 6845, Veterans of Foreign Wars were forced to discontinue
such games at the original location, on or about March 26, 1960, because the
building was demolished for a parking lot and they will not resume such games
at the new location, until September 9, 1960, which is for 23 periods, and
have made application for an adjustment thereto, therefore, be it
That License No. 9502 issued to the World War 11 Post No. 6845, Veterans of
Foreign Wars be and the same is hereby amended to read "Friday Evenings,
between the hours of 8:00 and 12:00 p.m., effective September 9, 1960,11 and
that the expiration date be estended for 23 periods, "expiring June 2, 1961.11
