I RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.: i An easement in Block 1, Cliftondale Addition, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer, said easement being on, under and across'the south five(5)feet of Lots 8 through 14 inclusive, Block 13, Cliftondale Addition.
