I WHEREAS, the City Architect having requested the City Council to hold a public hearing to consider any complaints about the expense incurred by the City of Saint Paul in removing a dangerous structure at 612 -620 Central'Park Place, more particularly described as southeasterly 5 feet of Lot 17 and all of Lots 18 through 22, Block 6 of Rearrangement of Blocks 6 and 7,,Central Park Addition, St. Paul, the City Council held a public hearing on July 289 1960 to consider the expense and to confirm the amount thereof ,1 and WHEREAS, it appelars that the Citg,rCouncil, pursuant to Council File No. 194731, approved November 19, 1959, published November 219 19599 set a public hearing to consider removing the dangerous structure, and by Council File No.'195104, approved December 22, 1959, published December 26, 1959, 'ordered the wrecking by and at the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant, or other person in control thereof, and by Council File'No. 195465, approved January 20, 1960, published January 23, 1960, directed the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings to' ''enter upon the premises and wreck and remove the building thereon and do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life,llimb and adjoining roperty, and that the City of Saint Paul has incurred the expense of 4,492.12 in removing said structure, and WHEREAS, it appears that Henry Henderson, 116'Oak Grove, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Jeanne B.
