WHEREAS, on July 18, 2008, pursuant to Section 11(e) of the dishict cooling franclrise (City Ordinance CF 07-1109 adopted
December 12, 2007 codified as Saint Paul Legislarive Code Appendix K), Distria Cooling St. Paul, Inc., filed a rate change
norice as of October 1, 2008, with the City:
Demand: �25.66 per ton per month
Energy: 0.079 per ton per hour; and
WHEREAS, on July 18, 2008, pursuant to Secrion 6(e) of the dishict heating francluse (City Ordinance CF 07-ll 08 adopted
December 12, 2007, codified as Saint Paullegislafive Code Appendix F,), District Energy St. Paul, Inc. filed a tate change
norice as of October 1, 2008, with the City:
Single Rate: 0.06376
Two-Part Rate:
Demand: $4.71 per ldlowatt per month
Energy: $30.51 per megawatt-hour; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, the Mayor and City Council aclmowledges the receipt of this notice and directs the Office of Financial Services, in
conjuncrion with the Clty Councll Research, to review and analyze the rate changes, and report back to the City Councll on lu
findings within 180 days.
