The jury trial took place in May, 2007, wherein Town Squaze Realry was awarded $200,000 by a Ramsey County jury. Town 5quaze Realry was also entitled to pre and post judgment interest in the amount of approximately $60,000. After the trial, the parties continued settlement discussions and Town Squaze Realty has ageed to accept $15Q000 from the City as sarisfaction of judgmenf, AtivanWges If Approved: If approved, the proposed sarisfaction of judgnent allows the City [o conclude this six-yeaz litigation at an amount less than the jury verdict Disadvantages If Approved: None.
