ALITHORI ION OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
PRESENTED BY HON DATE August
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract for the construction of the
Hazel -Third Street Sanitary Sewer System to LAMETTI & SONS, INC. in accordance
with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #8087 of said Lametti & Sons, Inc. for the contract price of $106,550.00,
plus $8524.00 Engineering, and plus $2131.00 Inspection by City Forces, such
bid being the lowest and said Lametti &Sons, Inc. being a reasonable and
reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract in behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
