Dear Council Members:
Under date of July 18, 1960, a printed copy of Council File
No. 198034 was mailed to Angelo M. and Samuel Wyman, % Ram-
sey County Home, 2200 White Bear Avenue, St. Paul 9, Minne-
sota, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of
the one and one -half story frame dwelling on Lot 18, Block
3, Irvine's Addition to St. Paul, also known as 130 Iglehart
Avenue, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the dwelling has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb and-ad-
joining property.
