RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
concurs in the action of the Board of Water Commissioners, as
set forth in its Resolution dated July 20, 1960, approving the
installation of'a water main in Woodbridge Court in the Village
of Roseville; ,
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the General Manager of the Water
Department be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a
contract with Roberts Construction Inc. for the payment of
the supervision'and expense incurred by the Board of Water
Commissioners for the supervision of said installation, said
contract to be subject to approval by the Corporation Counsel
