Dear Council Members:
Request has been made by June H. Barrows of 2029 Summit
Avenue for a permit for a fence to be constructed around
the swimming pool in the rear yard. This will be con-
structed on a 2!to 21/2 foot retaining wall and will be
a six foot,open,type, cyclone fence.
Investigation has been made, and there appears to be no
objection, and we are recommending that a permit be grant-
ed.
