WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which migitI -prove to be
necessary in the Improvement described as the construction
of Curbing on the east side of Edgerton Street from Maryland
Avenue to Hawthorne Street and on the west side of Edgerton
Street from Maryland Avenue to the North -line of Lot 17, -
Dittmants Sub., Comptrollerts Contract L -6194, Eugene Bulach,
Contractor, have been provided for in the specifications, and
make the
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to /following Deduction
and Addition:
DEDUCTION: 32.2 lin. ft. of radius curb @, $2.40 $�z7.28
ADDITION 4.2 lin. ft. of straight curb@ •2.10 8.82
Net Deduction 6 and
WHEREAS, the total net deduction is $ 68.46, now therefore be
it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through its ICity Council
approves the foregoing Deduction made in accordance with the
specifications in the sum of $ 68.46, said amount to deducted
from the lump sum consideration named in the Contract, known
as Comptrollert s Contract L- 6194 for the making of the above
Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with
the above named Contractor that the amount of $ 68.16 is
the correct sum to be deducted from the above Contract.
