RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the
Contract Committee and rejects all bids received for the Construction of the
White Bear Avenue - Old Hudson Road Sewer System, for the reason that bids
are in excess of the engineer's estimate, and the Committee recommends that
this work be re- advertised with an extended completion date.
