RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the
Contract Committee and rejects all bids received for the Construction
of a Sewer in an Easement - Lot 2, Block 3, University Avenue Addition -
for the reason that bids are in excess of the engineer's estimate and the
Committee recommends that this project be re- advertised with an extended
completion date.
