Does Ordain:
An ordinance settling the claim of
Richard J. Kass .against the City of Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund to
Richard. J. Kass and the First National Bank of Minneapolis,
the sum of $142.05 in full settlement of his claim against the
City ,arising from damage to his automobile on April 27, 1960,
while it was parked in the alley back of his residence, 608
Lincoln .Avenue,and was struck by a, vehicle owned by the City of
Saint Paul and operated by Ferril Van Noy.
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to said claimant
and the First National Bank of .Minneapolis upon their execution
and delivery of a release in full to the City in a form to be
approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained in
the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.

Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
