RESOLVED: That Application F -9668 for Restaurant and Cigarette Licenses, made
by Lemuel and Gertrude Dettinger at 1155 Ylontreal Avenue be and the
same are hereby granted,
PROVIDE1),ID W-,VER: That no gasoline be sold on the premises, that the restaurant close
not later than 12 o'clock midnight, that the lot be kept landscaped,
that signs be posted "No Sounding of Horns after 9:00 p.m. ", that
the proprietors will clean up every morning all papers, sacks, etc.,
that the grounds be prepared and maintained so as to be dustless,
and that the sidewalks around the property be cleared of snow and
ice during the winter.
