1 WIIEREAS, on June 4, 2008, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #08-569,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for suminary abatements (property clean-ups) on
3 private properties from Mazch 4 to March 28, 2008. (File No. J0806A, Assessment No. 8489); and

WHEREAS, the property at 360 Fuller Avenue, being described as:

7 Elfelt, Bernheimer & Arnolds Addition to St. Paul Lot 4 Blk 7;
9 with the property identification number 36-29-23-42-0084 was assessed an amount of $448.00 for property
10 clean-ups; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $448.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #08-569 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
