Seventh Street and Wacouta �'✓� Street, for revising existing signals at Como Avenue, Front Avenue and Dale w...._.._ _1 rE RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for new traf- fic signals at Hoyt Avenue and Lexington Parkway, Northern Route and Snelling Avenue, Otto Avenue and W. Seventh Street, and E. Seventh Sfreet and Wacouta Street, for revising existing signals at Como Avenue`, Front Avenue and Dale Street, Como Avenue and Snelling Avenue, and Concord Street and Robert Street, and for installing pedestrian signals at Sixth Street and St. Peter Street as submitted by the'Commissioner of Public Works are hereby approved, and the purchasing agent is hereby authorized to advertise for bids thereon in the manner provided in and by the charter. Each lump sum bid shall be accom panied by a state- ment of the total cost of each of the eight signal installations. The sum of the eight cost statements shall equal the lump sum bid. The lump sum bid shall be the basis for consideration of award of contract, and be it further RESOLVED, That the cost of the above traffic signal projects be financed from P1R Fund Code 3001, same fund to be reimbursed from City Street Bond Fund Code 200- ST -15, from Municipal State Aid, from County Aid; and from State Highway Funds as per City - State'Agreement C•2684 as follows: 1. Hoyt Avenue and Lexington Parkway, Northern Route and Snelling Avenue, and Como Avenue and Snelling Avenue: 50 percent State Highway Funds, and 50 percent Municipal State Aid. 2. Otto Avenue and W. Seventh Street: 50 percent State Highway Funds, 25 percent Municipal State Aid, and 25 percent County Aid. 3. E. Seventh Street and Wacouta Street, and Sixth Street and St. Peter Street: 50 percent State Highway Funds, and 50 percent City Bond Fund Code 200- ST -15. 4.
