Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: This Department is in receipt of letters from the Bureau of Fire Prevention, Bureau of Health, Bureau of Sanitation, and the Governor's office relative to the unsightly and dilapidated condition of the two story frame barn at 651 DeSoto Street. This property is described as South 15 feet of Lot 5 and North 23 1/3 feet of Lot 4, Block 10, Warren & Winslowts Addition to the Town of St. Paul. Our inspector reports this barn is 20 by 18, roof half off, doors off, building deteriorated beyond repair and unsafe and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property. It should be wrecked immediately. Danger Notices have been posted and the last known owners are Luigi and Rose Gagliardi of the same address.
