RESOLVED, that Arnold Biagini be permitted to install and
operate an 11 -car customer parking lot on the southwest corner of
Cook Street and Payne Avenue, more particularly described as the
north 75 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3. Block 6, Arlington Hills, in accord-
ance with plans approved June 14, 1960, and subject to compliance with
the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation of parking
lots, and subject to the further condition that sidewalks abutting said
premises be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.

a 31 -car customer parking lot on the southwest corner of Cook St. and
Payne Ave., described as the N. 75 ft. of Lots 11 2 and 3, Block 6,
Arlington Hills, in accordance with plans approved June 14, 1960.

This is in the matter of the application of Arnold Biagini for a permit
for an 11 car customer parking lot on property located at the southwest
corner of Cook and Payne Avenues. The-property is described as the
north 75 feet of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 6, Arlington 19C11s. The zoning
is commercial and has been since the adoption of the Ordinance in 1922.
This site_bas frontages of 75 feet on Payne Avenue and 120 feet on Cook
Avenue, resulting in a total area of 9,000 square feet. This includes
the area occupied by a real- estate office and a small store building
which the parking lot will serve.
North across Cook Avenue is a supermarket food store; south and adjoining
is a commercial building fronting on Payne Avenue; east across Payne
Avenue is a service station; west and adjoining is a two - family residence
fronting on Cook Avenue.
The Traffic Engineer has approved the plan which meets the standards for
this type of facility. Field investigation discloses no basic objection
from the standpoint of adjacent land uses.
In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends
the granting of the application to install and operate an 11 car customer
parking lot on the above described property in accordance with plans
approved June 14, 1960.
