RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the a-da' V Obf their ontract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction• -of a'Bewer in Wheelock
Parkway from Westminster to Sloan and 133 ft. E. of Adolphus to 373 ft. E. of
Jackson to BEATSON & KELLY, INC. in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7907 of said Beatson & Kelly, Inc.
for,the contract price of $19,074.30 (plus Engineering $1,526.00 and Inspection
$381.00 by City Forces), such bid being the lowest and said Beatson & Kelly, Inc.
being a reasonable and reliable bidder °and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
St. Paul.
