WHEREAS, The Village of North Saint Paul has made application
for extending its sanitary sewers as provided in Section 6 of Ordinance
No. 10080, approved May 13, 1953, and has submitted plans and specifi-
cations for said work, and
WHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications are approved
by the Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Department of Public Works
of the City of Saint Paul; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Saint Paul
approve the plans and specifications as submitted for the following
sanitary sewer extension in North Saint Paul, as approved by the Village
Council of North Saint Paul in a resolution dated January 11, 1960.
Sanitary sewer in the alley north of and parallel to Seventh
Avenue, N.E. between Henry Street and Division Street.
And the Village of North Saint Paul be and it is herein
authorized to proceed with the construction of said sanitary sewer in
accordance with said plans and specifications.
