Whereas by authorization of the Laws of Minnesota in and for
the year of 1959 more particularly, Chapter 330 H.F. No. 217, artd
ratified by Counmil File 192216 approved May 7, 1959, the City
of St. Paul may pay a portion of the cost of Sidewalk Construction
and Street Grading when such costs exceed the benefits to the
property owner now therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund Code 3001 a portion of the cost of
constructing sidewalks under the 1958 Sidewalk Contract,
District No. 1, Levy No. 6 Comptroller's Contract L -600D in
the amount of $72.44 said Permanent Improvement Revolving
Fund to be reimbursed from the City's Share of Local
Improvement Fund, Code 31E -1 (1960).- '---�—
