THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
Walter W• Boardman and Alexandra Boardman the sum of One Hundred
Ninety —seven and 301100 Dollars ($197.30) in full settlement of
their claim against said City for damages to their property at
616 Montcalm Place, Saint Paul, sustained during City weed spra#gg
operations in that vicinity on or about June 15, 1959• -
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimants upon
their executing and delivery of a release in full to said City, in a,
form to be .approved by the Corporation Counsel; -for -all damages . r ---
sustained by them in the -manner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.

against the City of Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
Walter W Boardman and Alexandra Boardman the sum of One Hundred
Ninety —seven and 30/100 Dollars ($197.30) in full settlement of
their claim against said City for damages to their property at
616 Montealm Place, Saint Paul, sustained during City weed spraying
operations in that vicinity on or about June 1% 1959•
Section 2. Said stmt shall be paid to said claimants upon
their executing and delivery of a release in fall to said City, in a
form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages
sustained by them in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
