which might prove to be necessary in
the Improvement described as the

Pennig Company, Contractor, have been

provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following

WHERMS, the total Addition is 133.10, now there ore be_ it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 133.10, said sum to be added
to the lump sum consideration named•'in "the Contract, known
as Comptroller's Contract L- 6145; and which ani.ount is to be
financed from assessments against benefited property, for
the making of the above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
Contractor that the amount of $ 133.10 is the correct sum
to be added to the above Contract.
