therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the Purchase and Removal of
dwelling including removal of miscellaneous concrete and debris located at
1330 Ashland Avenue, described as Lot 8, Block 27, Anna E. Ramsey•s Addition,
Enlargement of St.Paul, Minnesota, to LEO V. WELCH "in accordance with City
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7895 of said
Leo V. Welch, Bidder to pay City of Saint -Paul $3200.00, such bid being one
of the two identical highest bids meeting specifications, said Leo V. Welch
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel. -be and.._ —
hereby is authorized to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the:City of -Saint Paul. ,
