(approximately Sumac Street), on the existing highway easement and
right -of -way by grading the same, constructing storm water sewers
with drainage facilities and reconstruction of existing fences where
necessary, at an estimated cost of $153,390.00, the same to be con-
structed as a Municipal State Aid Project 62- 504 -05, under Preliminary
Order C. F. 189924, approved November 13, 1958.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works,
be and the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
