Dear Council Members:
Under date of December 28, 1959, a printed copy of Council
File No. 195104 was mailed to John H. Shaughnessey, 508V2
St. Germain St., St. Cloud, Minnesota, which resolution
directed the wrecking and removal of the row unit apartment
building on SEly 5 ft. of Lot 17, and All of Lots 18 thru
22, Block 6, of Rearrangement of Blocks 6 & 7, Central Park
Addition, also known as 612 -620 Central Park Place, St.
Paul, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recrea-
tion And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the building thereon, and to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection,of life, limb,
and adjoining property.
