and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon Lot 11, Block 15,

Marshall's Addition to /St. Paul, according to the recorded plat
thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County,
Minnesota, also described as No. 172 Indiana Court, and wreck and
remove the two and one -half story frame duplex dwelling thereon, and
to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of
life, limb and adjoining property.

and directing the Comsr. of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings to enter
upon the premises and wreck and remove the two and one -half story frame
duplex dwelling at 172 Indiana Court, as more fully described in the attached
letter of the City Architect.

Dear Council Members:
Under date of December 28, 1959, a printed copy of Council
File No. 195105 was mailed to Mrs. Anna Geller, 198 State
St., St. Paul and to the State of Minnesota, Mr'L Miles Lord,
Atty. Genl., 102 State Capitol; Mr. Jos. M. Robertson,
Commissioner of Taxation, 156 E. Sixth Street; Mr. Eltor
A. Dehn, Land Commissionerts Office, 113 City Hall; and
Mrs. D. M. DeCourcy, Land Commissioner, 113 City Hall; which
resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the two and
one half story frame duplex dwelling on Lot 11, Block 15,
Marshallts Addition to St. Paul, also known as 172 Indiana
Court, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation
and Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the building thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and
adjoining property.
