Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: Under date of December 28, 1959, a printed copy of Council File No. 195105 was mailed to Mrs. Anna Geller, 198 State St., St. Paul and to the State of Minnesota, Mr'L Miles Lord, Atty. Genl., 102 State Capitol; Mr. Jos. M. Robertson, Commissioner of Taxation, 156 E. Sixth Street; Mr. Eltor A. Dehn, Land Commissionerts Office, 113 City Hall; and Mrs. D. M. DeCourcy, Land Commissioner, 113 City Hall; which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the two and one half story frame duplex dwelling on Lot 11, Block 15, Marshallts Addition to St. Paul, also known as 172 Indiana Court, as published in the official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation and Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the building thereon, and to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
