The Council further finds the frequent parldng of vehicles in this residenrial area by non-residents has created problems of safety, environmental and aesthetic nature within this residenfial azea; and WHEREAS, Public Works staff has invesrigated the basis for the pefirion to expand Area 9, and concluded and recommended adoption of the requested changes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following parldng regulations shall be in effect in the residential azea near the Lincoln/Victoria intersecfion: Except by Pernut or unless otherwise posted, "No Parldng, 11:00 AM — 2:OQ AM, Area 9" on the following street: East side of Victoria Street from Goodrich Avenue to Fairmount Avenue 22 BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these pazking regulations shall be in effect and enforced afrer City 23 Council approval, on August 25 2008 or as soon thereafter as signs are erected.
