RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves, ratifies, adopts and concurs in the action
of the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul,
as expressed in the resolution of the Board of Water Commis-
sioners dated September 14 .1960, and authorizes and directs
the proper City officers to take the appropriate steps to
accomplish payment to Intrusion - Prepakt, Incorporated of the
sum of $22.9343-20.
