western Bell Telephohe Company, to make necessary excavation,
lay underground conduit and cable with necessary manholes and
lateral pipes connecting the intersecting streets and alleys.
On StrAnthony Avenue east from Snelling Avenue, a distance of

Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner of Public
Works. The Telephone Company to pay for the cost of publication
incident hereto.
