WHEREAS :; Lillian Hedman dnd Kenneth Hanson desire to withdraw Application F -10598 for
Restaurant and Cigarette licenses at 1047 Arcade Street and request the return
of the license fees deposited thereon, therefore, be it
RESOLVED:' That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Lillian Hedman and Kenneth Hanson the fees of $ 38.50, dedugttng $ 3.50 from
the original fee of $ 42.00 posted for the period the applicants operated on
said application, and to cancel said application for licenses.
