Also constructing a sewer in the alley from a oint 70.18 ft. south. of Jefferson n, In the Matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in the (Lots 1 through 22) East 1/2 of Ramseyts Sub. of Block 219- Stinson, Brown & Ramse'y's Addition, from Palace Avenut to Jefferson Avenue. Also constructing a sewer in the alley from a point 70.18 ft. south of Jefferson Avenue to the existing sewer in Jefferson Avenue under Preliminary Order 195294 approved January 7, 1960 and Final Order No. 196142 approved March 8, 1960.
