WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the Improvement described as the construction
of a Sewer in FLANDRAU PLACE from 213.5 feet north of Grace
Lane to a Cul -de -Sac in Block 2, Anderson's Addition; in -
GRACE LANE from Flandrau Place to White Bear Avenue, and in
WHITE BEAR AVENUE from Grace Lane to Upper Afton Road; also
for ti-3 construction of a Storm Sewer in GRACE, LANE from
Fland rau Place to White Bear Avenue, and in WHITE BEAR AVENUE
from Grace Lane to Upper Afton Road, Comptroller's Contract
L- 6174, Robert W. Moore,, Contractor, have been provided far in
the Specifications, and'
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Addition and Deduction:
ADDITION: 38.48 tons of crushed rock
DEDUCTION: 15 lin. ft. of 12 "V.C.Pipe

WHEREAS, the total net Addition is 0 102.40 , now t ha ref ore be it

RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through it t s City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 102.40, said amount to be added
to the lump sum cons ideration'named in the Contract, known as
Comptrollerls Contract L -6174, and which amount is to be assess-
ed against the property benefited, for the making of the above
Improvement. 7
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of 0 102.40 is the correct

amount to be added to the said Contract.
