RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
said Council approves and concurs in the resolution of the Board. of
Water Commissioners of said City dated July 20, 1960, authorizing
and providing for the second extension for an ,additional annual
period, of that certain Agreement of Employment made by ,and between
said Board and Toltz; King, Duvall,_Anderson and Associates, Inc.,
whereunder and Whereby the latter was retained by the former for
the performance of necessary water works engineering services,
such ,agreement having been authorized by the prior resolution of-
said-Board. bated June 16, 1958, .and the prior resolution of the
Council C. F. No. 188155, and having been first extended for an
additional period by the resolution of said Board dated July 8, 1959,
and the prior resolution of this Council, C. F. No. 1932143 and
that such second extension shall be effected by a second Rider to
said Agreement of Employment approved as to form by the Corporation
Counsel.
