Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: There is a two and one half story two - family dwelling and a shed at 473 -5 Anita Street, described as Except South 70.50 feet, Lot 6; Block 7, of Blocks 6, 7, 8, 9, 109 119 12, 13 and 14, Prospect Plateau. The dwelling is 30 by 30 by 24. A bad fire occurred here in August, 1958, and the buildings were never repaired. Windows and doors are boarded, plaster is damaged, the roof is part- ly burned off, floors are bulged. Both these buildings are dilapidated, dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property, and beyond reasonable repair. They should be wrecked and == removed. A Danger Notice has been posted, and the last known record owner is D. W. Kaufmann, 1621 West Seventh Street, St. Paul 2. Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative Code, outlining condemnation procedure. JAr tuy, d H.
