WHEREAS, There is an ordinance before the City Council amending
Chapter 145 of the St. Paul Legislative Code pertaining to absolute
parking restrictions and prohibiting parking on the west side of
Etna Street from Third Street to Old Hudson Road west, and
WHEREAS, It is the intention of the City Council to prohibit
parking on the west side of the above named street now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That informal approval is hereby given this ordinance
prohibiting parking on said west side of Etna Street from Third Street
to Old Hudson Road.
