PAUL F°E "c'� NO. 0 OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER ever i II on DATE September 8, 1960 WHEREAS, THE COMMISSIONER of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia has reported in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergeccy during the period from July 31st through September 3, 1960 which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees of the Department of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia, Bureau of Auditorium, for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work; Operate ventilating systems and run ice plant, supervise and operate P. B. X. Board during pop Musical Ice Revue shows and swMer skating sessions held in the building. and WHEREAS, This emergency arose by reason of the following acts and circumstances. No other trained help available to work during theavents held in the Auditorium, this time includes Saturdays and Sundays. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the proper City Officers are hereby authorized to pay the employees who performed such work in accordance with the provisions of the Council's Salary Ordinance' No. 6446.
